For your turbo
Structured indoor rides
TurboTime drives your smart trainer's resistance automatically, scales every workout to your own FTP, and shows you exactly where you are in the session — live.
Coming soon to Google Play — available today by direct install to early testers
Automatic resistance control
Pick a workout and ride — the app pushes your target power to your trainer every interval over Bluetooth FTMS, the standard behind ERG mode on most smart trainers. A 3-2-1 countdown gives the trainer a moment to catch up before your ride clock starts, and target changes at step boundaries ease in over two seconds instead of jolting the resistance. No manual gear shifting.
Remembers your devices
Pair your trainer and heart rate strap once. After that, the app reconnects to both automatically at the start of every ride — and silently reconnects if either drops out mid-session.
Five ready-made workouts, or build your own
Endurance, Sweetspot, Threshold, Criterium, and 30-30s, scaled to a duration you pick. Or build a custom workout step by step on your phone — and come back and edit it later, not just run or delete it.
Scaled to your FTP
Every interval is a percentage of your current FTP, not a fixed wattage — update your FTP and every workout re-scales automatically, including ones you've already saved.
A live dashboard that's actually glanceable
Target vs. actual power, cadence, heart rate, speed, distance, calories, and a running training-load figure, all on one screen with the workout's shape and your position in it at the bottom. Three beeps warn you a step is about to change.
Uploads to Strava automatically
Connect your Strava account once. Every completed ride — power, heart rate, and cadence streams included — uploads itself the moment you finish, no export step required.
